Delivery

• All orders will be received packaged in a Cloudberry Designs box, organza bag with business details.

• We charge £10 for all uk deliveries and use The Royal Mail Special delivery service, which arrives next day.

• You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order and your payment.

• Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.

• For pieces in stock delivery is 2-3 days from payment

• Any item out of stock will take 4-6 weeks to be delivered

• Parcels will need to be signed for, so please ensure someone is present at the address given in order to receive your item. Royal Mail will leave a notification card providing you with the option of re-delivery or collection from your nearest depot.
